Orders, Shipping Time & Tracking Information
We ship all orders within two business days. Orders placed on Monday will be shipped by Wednesday and all orders placed Friday will be shipped by Tuesday.
YES! We offer free shipping over $150. Below $150 shipping is listed at cost based on the weight of the items being shipped.
USPS Ground Shipping or the lowest cost shipping method is what we offer for free freight/shipping on over $150.
We do not currently offer expedited shipping at this time.
We are currently only shipping to the Continental 48 US states, Hawaii, Alaska and DC. We are working hard to reach the patriots overseas and in all the US territories and will update shipping locations and terms once we can reach beyond the US.
We leave a blank notes field on the checkout page for you to communicate information to us that is relevant to shipping. If you want packages to be left on a porch, on the front steps or with a person please communicate that so we can relay that information to our shipping partners.
After an order is placed you will be redirected to the order confirmation page that has your order confirmation number. You will also receive an email that has that order confirmation number and the tracking information as well.
If you forget the order number and want to go back and check it later you can always login to your account with Free State, check the order and order number and use that to search your email for the tracking number.
If you lose or delete the email you can also reach out to us on the ‘Contact Us’ Page and we can assist you.
Please note all orders ship in 2 days but it will likely take another 3 to 5 to be delivered (for standard shipping).
We stand by our brand and if you are unhappy we will provide you with a full refund. You are responsible for returning the product in new condition without tears, stains, odors or other damage.
Our return process couldn't be easier. Click into the Returns Portal at the bottom of the page. Once you are in the portal please enter the order number and your shipping zip code. This will take you through to our returns portal where you can select the items that you want to return, print a label and then drop it off at your closest USPS location.
To return an item, it must be postmarked within 15 days of the purchase date and include your order number on or in the package.

Please utilize our returns portal to send back damaged items. Once we receive it back we can issue a credit or send a replacement. You can also reach out to us via the “Contact Us” Page if a product is damaged when received. We will respond to you within 48 hours and ask for a picture of the garment so we can get a new one out to you ASAP.
Should we be out of stock for a damaged item we will provide you with a full refund or should you prefer we can provide you with a credit for the cost of the item to use towards the purchase of a replacement product.
Once we receive your eligible returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
Free State accepts credit cards, debit cards and digital wallet payments via our processor. We also accept deferred payment options including Pay in 4 and Pay over Time.
Payment is due at the time of checkout. For your convenience we offer pay over time options which we reserve the right to change.
Payment is due at the time of checkout and will be authorized at that time with a temporary hold. When the order is shipped the card will be billed. For more information on the credit card billing process please view this link.
All costs will be clearly marked at checkout. Other then the product the only items listed at checkout would be sales tax, and freight charges if applicable.
